(VE) reconstruction when the indications are present? |

| Your microsurgeon should be focused on one thing - reversing vasectomies for the purpose of
return to fertility. Therefore, just as each patient is different, each surgical procedure (and even each
side) is different. When it appears that a vas-to-vas (VV) connection will not allow the passage of
healthy sperm, a well-trained and experienced microsurgeon will locate the best possible spot in the
epididymis to connect the vas (VE). The VE is commonly performed, and depends on how each
